Champions League
Sevilla were left frustrated by a late goal at Manchester City but now have a chance to exact revenge on home soil as the battle for Group D qualification continues on Tuesday night.
Sevilla looking to revive qualification hopes
Unai Emerys team put in impressive performance away to Manchester City but left England empty-handed after a 91st-minute goal from Kevin De Bruyne sealed the win for the home side. As a result the Spanish team are now ranked third in Group D with three games to go.
A win on Tuesday could lift them back into second place while a defeat would scupper their plans for qualification with tough games against Juventus and Borrusia Monchengladbach still to come. The Andalucians will be boosted by the fact that they have never lost three European games in a row and have won their last 10 UEFA club matches on home soil.
City could seal Round of 16 berth
Manchester City could secure a place in the knockout stages on Tuesday night if they defeat their Spanish opponents and Juventus also win away in Germany. They will be well aware of Sevillas superb home record in Europe and their own poor record away to Spanish sides.
The Citizens one and only victory on Spanish soil came back in 2011 when they defeated Villarreal by three goals to nil and El Madrigal. In their six other visits to Spain, they lost five and drew one.
Former Sevilla youth player Jesus Navas could line up against the club where he spent ten years as a first team player before making the switch to England.
Team news
Sevilla will be without front man Kevin Gameiro, who has a hamstring problem, but are hoping to welcome back midfielder Ever Banega, who has been struggling with an ankle issue. Former Athletic Bilbao striker Fernando Llorente may be called upon to lead the line for the Andalucians.
For City, Sergio Aguero, Samir Nasri, Fabian Delph, Pablo Zabaleta and Gael Clichy are all still unavailable. Meanwhile, David Silva has a slim chance of making the match day squad.

Betting odds and tips
This could be a make or break game for Sevilla and there will be an electric atmosphere at the Estadio Ramón Sánchez-Pizjuán. City have a poor record on Spanish soil and could find it tough going once again on Tuesday night.
The bookmakers have Manchester City down as favourites but Sevillas European pedigree should see them through. Back the home side at 21/10 with Coral.
