Premier League preview and odds: Tottenham Hotspur vs Swansea City
December 03, 2016 15:00pm - White Hart Lane
Premier League
Tottenham Hotspur will look to keep themselves in touch with the race for top four places when they host relegation candidates Swansea City at White Hart Lane on Saturday afternoon.
One win in last six for Spurs
Tottenham Hotspur have one just one of their last six Premier League matches and just one of their last 11 in all competitions. As a result, they have crashed out of the Champions League and the League Cup, and fallen four points adrift of the top four in the league.
However, Mauricio Pochettino`s men are still unbeaten in six games at home at domestic level and have been beaten just twice at home in 2016. With the teams above them all performing well, the North Londoners will be keen to bag a much-needed win this weekend.
The recent return to fitness of striker Harry Kane has given the Lilywhites reason to be positive and they will be hoping that he can maintain his scoring form for a sustained period.
Meanwhile, Swansea City come into this game buoyed by their incredible 5-4 win over Crystal Palace last time out. While that result did not bring many positives on the defensive side of things, Bob Bradley`s men did at least should some attacking flair and plenty of fighting spirit in a game that could have easily slipped away from them.
That win was their first since the opening day of the season and lifted them off the foot of the Premier League table. It also came on the back of a well-deserved 1-1 draw away to Everton.
Team news
The home side will hand a late fitness test to Toby Alderweireld who is on his way back from a knee injury, while Ben Davies and Erik Lamela are both still out of action.
Meanwhile, Ki Sung-yueng (toe) remaisn the onyl absentee for the visitors.

Swansea City: WDLLD
