Watford will look to extend their unbeaten run to four games when they welcome middle of the table Burnley to Vicarge Road on Saturday afternoon. Meanwhile, the visitors are still looking for their first away win of the season.

Hornets buoyed by Arsenal sting

Watford can rise above their opponents in the Premier League table with a win this weekend and will come into this match full of confidence after beating Arsenal 2-1 away from home in midweek.

The Hornets have yet to win at home in 2017 but have only lost one of their last four at Vicarage Road (against Tottenham) having beaten Everton 3-2 in December and drawn with Crystal Palace (1-1) and Middlesbrough (0-0).

Meanwhile, Burnley have accumulated a grand total of one point away from home this season, the worst record of any team on the road. They have lost their last six in a row since managing their one and only away draw of the season at Old Trafford back in October.

Fortunately for Sean Dyche`s men, their home form has been excellent and they are currently 10 points clear of safety as a result. They have only scored four goals on the road this term but they have managed to score one in each of their last three, a sign that things might be picking up for the travelling Clarets.

Team news

The home side will have to make do without the injured group of Costel Pantilimon (ankle), Valon Behrami (hamstring strain), Nordin Amrabat (ankle), Isaac Success (thigh) and Roberto Pereyra (muscular).

Meanwhile, the visitors will be without Steven Defour (groin strain), Dean Marney (ACL) and Kevin Long (knee surgery).
