In one of the standout games of the Championship`s opening weekend schedule, promotion hopefuls Fulham and Norwich will both look to get off to a flying start when they go head-to-head at Craven Cottage on Saturday afternoon.

Fulham made the play-offs last term and are amongst the favourites to do so again. They finished the last campaign strongly and were the joint top scorers in the league alongside Newcastle United and this weekend`s opponents Norwich City. And only the top two sides in the league had better goal difference then the Cottagers.

On a negative note, Coach Slavisa Jokanovic has been publicly critical about the club`s transfer policy ahead of the new campaign - however, they have so far managed to hang on to their most important players and also added former Amiens striker Aboubakar Kamara to the ranks.

As mentioned, Norwich also bagged a joint high total of 85 goals last term - unfortunately, only two teams conceded more than the Canaries, highlighting the area where new boss Daniel Farke will need to improve. The former Borussia Dortmund II boss is managing outside of his home country for the first time and will be keen to impress. If he can follow in the footsteps of compatriot David Wagner, then Norwich fans will be more than satisfied.

Both teams are likely to bring their attacking game to this opening fixture as they look today down a marker for the season. As a result, the Both Teams to Score market could be worth exploring.
