Brighton & Hove Albion vs Tottenham Hotspur - Premier League Preview and Odds

Premier League
Tottenham Hotspur will be looking to bounce back from Tuesday`s horror performance at home to Bayern Munich in Champions League when they travel to the South Coast to face a Brighton & Hove Albion side who are winless in their last six Premier League matches.
Spurs may be sixth in the league table but they are already 10 points behind leaders Liverpool and are one of a large group of teams expected to be battling for the European place this term. Since reaching the Champions League final last year, the team has looked out of sorts and could be in real danger of finishing outside the top four if their form does not pick up.
Mauricio Pochettino`s men have not won any of their last nine league matches away from home and picked up just two points from that run fixtures. In their last away match, they were beaten 2-1 by Leicester City who are currently three points above them in the table. The players` confidence would have been dealt a massive blow following their 7-2 defeat at the hands of Bayern Munich on Tuesday. That result piled more misery on SpursÂ’ Argentine boss who is already feeling the pressure after a run of just three wins in the last 10 Premier League matches.
Brighton started the season with a win away to Watford but have not earned a victory since. Draws at home to West Ham United and Burnley, and away at Newcastle have ensured they kick-off this game outside of the bottom three.
The Seagulls have won just one league match at home in 2019, a narrow 1-0 triumph against doomed Huddersfield Town back in March. Their last win against Spurs came back in 1983, they have lost six and drawn one since then.

Betting odds and tips
Spurs have yet to face a team outside of the top eight on the road this term, so this game gives them a great chance to seal their first away win of the campaign. Brighton`s home record has been dire in 2019 and despite Spur recent woes, there is little to suggest an upset is on the cards. However, the visitors might be feeling a little jaded after their European exploits and it might be worth backing the home side to sneak a draw with prices as high as 11/4 available.
You can back the Draw at 11/4.
