La Liga preview and odds: Deportivo La Coruna vs Malaga
March 05, 2016 22:05pm - Estadio Municipal de Riazor
La Liga
Depotivo La Coruna will be looking to bag their first La Liga win of 2016, when they welcome a Malaga side who are winless in four to the Riazor on Saturday night.
Wins hard to come by for Depor
No team in La Liga has drawn as many games as Deportivo La Coruna. The Galician side have been involved in 14 stalemates already this season - seven at home and seven away. However, they come into this game on the back of three straight defeats.
On home soil, they have drawn three of their last four, and have managed just three wins all season. They come into this game on the back of a 4-1 thumping away to Athletic Club.
No wins in four for Malaga
A run of four games without a win has halted Malaga ascent of the league table. The Andalucian club had a poor start to the season but soon recovered and briefly broke into the top half of the table. Their recent slip has left them in 11th place, just six points above the drop zone.
Last time out, Javi Gracia`s men fell 2-1 at home to Gary Neville`s Valencia, prior to that, they were held to a 1-1 draw away to Real Sociedad.
Team news
Victor Sanchez will be without the injured quartet of Sidnei, Cani, Juan Dominguez and Fabricio.
Meanwhile, the visitors will be without Duje Cop, Arthur Boka, Fernando Tissone and Juan Carlos, while Ricardo Horta remains a doubt.
