Premier League preview and odds: Crystal Palace vs Norwich City
April 09, 2016 15:00pm - Selhurst Park
Premier League
Crystal Palace will be looking for their first league win of 2016 when they go head-to-head with relegation rivals Norwich City at Selhurst Park.
Palace still not safe
Crystal Palace have gone from Champions League contenders to relegation candidates in just three months and are in desperate need of a win to boost their survival cause.
Alan Pardew`s men have the worst form of any team in the league in 2016, and that includes Aston Villa. Since the turn of the year, they have picked up just three points from a possible 36 and have not won a single game.
The Eagles come into this match on the back of a 2-2 draw away to West Ham United in which they showed some slight signs of improvement.
Norwich looking for third straight win
A run of three games in which they picked up seven points from a possible nine, has boosted Norwich City`s Premier League survival hopes.
The Canaries now have a four-point cushion over 18th-ranked Sunderland with six games left to play, although both Sunderland and Newcastle have a game in hand.
In their last match, they edged to a 3-2 win over relegation rivals Newcastle United thanks to a last-gasp goal from Martin Olsson.
Team news
James McArthur, Marouane Chamakh and Kwesi Appiah are all injured for the home side, while Emmanuel Adebayor, Yohan Cabaye and Connor Wickham are all doubtful.
Meanwhile, the visitorws will have to manage without the crocked duo of Russell Martin and Alexander Tettey.
