Premier League preview and odds: Swansea City vs Chelsea
April 09, 2016 15:00pm - Liberty Stadium
Premier League
Swansea City look set to remain in the Premier League after flirting with the relegation places for much of the season. A run of 11 games featuring five wins, three draw and just three defeats has lifted the Welsh club 10 points clear of the drop zone with six games left to play.
The Swans come into this game on the back of a 2-2 draw away to Stoke City, and prior to that, they bagged all three point with a 1-0 win at home to bottom club Aston Villa. They have won four of their last seven home games by a 1-0 score-line, having drawn one and lost the other two.
Chelsea back in top half
It has been a long and slow recovery for Chelsea, but a run of 15 games unbeaten consisting of seven wins and eight draws has lifted the reigning champions back into the Premier League top 10.
The Blues have excelled on the road under Guus Hiddink and have won all but one of their away games in 2016 - the only exception being a 0-0 draw at Watford. In their last match, the Londoners cruised to a 4-0 win away to league strugglers Aston Villa.
Team news
The home side have a full-strength squad to choose from.
Meanwhile, the visitors are still without Loic Remy, while Kurt Zouma remains doubtful.
