Real Betis can keep themselves clear of trouble with a win at home to rock-bottom Levante on Saturday.
Betis still not safe
Despite a haul of 34 points, Real Betis are still in danger of being dragged into a relegation battle. While the teams below them continue to pick up points, the team from Seville have lost three games in a row and have started to sink back down the table. A win against the bottom club in the league would bring some relief to the Andalucians.
Los Béticos were unbeaten in five at home until their recent 1-0 defeat to Malaga - however, in total. They have won jeust two of their last 13 at Estadio Benito Villamarin. They come into this game on the back of a 5-1 drubbing at the hands of Atletico Madrid.
Seven away defeats in eight for Levante
Levante are bottom of the league table and in desperate need of another win. Their biggest problem this term has been their poor away form which has resulted in just one win and just three draws on the road.
Les Granotes remain rooted to the bottom of the table but are just four point s from safety. If they can find a win this weekend it would give their survival quest a massive boost. They come into this game on the back of a 0-0 draw at home to Sporting Gijon.
Team news
The home side will have to manage without the services of Jorge Molina, Didier Digard, Juan Vergas, Joaquin and Cristiano Piccini.
Meanwhile, Zouhair Feddal will be suspended for the visitors, who will also have to cope without the injured duo of Ivan Lopez and Tono.
