Hungary will kick off as strong favourites against one of Europe`s smallest teams as they look to get their World Cup qualifying campaign back on track. However, they will arrive in the principality having lost their last three matches in a row without scoring a goal. The good news is that two of those defeats were in friendly matches and the other came in qualifying against the current European Champions Portugal.

The Hungarians are aiming to reach their second major tournament in a row after competing in last summer`s Euro 2016 event in France but so far they have fallen off the pace, trailing second placed Portugal by five points with five games played. As things stand, their chances of progressing look slim but anything less than three points on Friday would practically rule them out barring a freak set of results. Overall, Bernd Storck`s men have won just two of their last 11 matches, a run that included a 0-0 draw away to the Faroe Islands.

Meanwhile, Andorra will be hoping to replicate the heroics of the Faroe Islanders by causing another shock here. The team from the Pyrenees are enjoying a good run of form by their own usual low standards, having won on the road in a friendly against San Marino and drawn at home to the Faroe Islands in this qualifying campaign without conceding a goal. That win was their first of any kind in the last 13 years.

In their last five matches on home soil, Koldo Álvarez`s men have only conceded more than one goal in a game on one occasion, a narrow 2-1 defeat to group leaders Switzerland.
