Real Madrid will be looking to progress to the Quarter-finals of the Champions League on Tuesday by finishing off the job they started in Rome in the first leg.

Real focused on Europe

With the Spanish league title almost certainly beyond their reach, the 10-time former European champions will be putting all of their eggs into the Champions League basket this season.

After cruising to a 2-0 win in the first leg, the Spanish side already have one foot in the Quarter-finals, and will be looking to finish the job in a professional manner on Tuesday.

In their last match, Zidane`s men strolled to a 7-1 win at home to Celta de Vigo in La Liga thanks to another four goals from Cristiano Ronaldo.

Roma hold feint hopes

Following their defeat in the first leg of this Champions League Round of 16 match, Roma cruised to three-straight league wins, scoring 12 goals and conceding just two in the process. As a result, they are currently sat in third place in the Serie A table, three points ahead of Fiorentina.

In their last game, they ran out 4-1 winner at home to Fiorentina, and prior to that, they beat Empoli 3-1 away from home. They will come into this game as massive underdogs, having not won any of their last eight away games in this competition.

Team news

The home side will be without Toni Kroos, Luka Modric, Karim Benzema and Alvaro Arbeloa.

Meanwhile, the visitors will be without Daniele De Rossi, Norbert Gyomber, Ezequiel Ponce and Elio Capradossi.
