A run of just one defeat in their last eight Premier League games has lifted Crystal Palace up to ninth in the Premier League table, eight points clear of the relegation zone. However, four of their last six matches have ended in draws. Next up, is a home match against Arsenal who are just a place and a point below them in the table.

Roy Hodgson`s men might start dreaming of European qualification if they can earn all three points at home to the Gunners on Saturday. Only the top three teams in the table have beaten them at home this season, so they will be confident of taking something from this game.

Meanwhile, Arsenal are unbeaten in their last four Premier League away matches having drawn at Norwich, Everton and Bournemouth and won at West Ham United. There have been some signs of improvement under new boss Mikel Arteta but their performances still have not been totally convincing and the club are still languishing in 10th place in the table.

A win would lift the North Londoners above Palace but they look destined to finish the season outside of the top four. However, a fifth-place finish could still be within their grasp if they can turn their form around.

Last time out, they survived a first-half onslaught from Leeds United in their FA Cup tie at the Emirates to win the game 1-0 and book their place in the fourth round.
