Premier League preview and odds: Manchester United vs Watford
February 11 , 2017 15:00pm - Old Trafford
Premier League
Manchester United will look to extend their unbeaten run to 16 games when they take on in-form Watford at Old Trafford on Saturday. The visitors themselves will arrive in the northwest unbeaten in four Premier League outings.
United eyeing top four spot
After spending what seems likes an eternity occupying sixth place in the league, Manchester United are now within striking distance of the top four. With Liverpool and Arsenal both wobbling, the Red Devils will be keen to maintain the pressure on their rivals by grabbing all three points this weekend.
Jose Mouronho`s men are unbeaten in their last 10 matches at home but only won four of those games, having also played out six draws. Their last two home matches both ended in stalemates (against Liverpool and Hull City) and their only win in their last four matches came away to Leicester City (0-3) last time out.
Meanwhile, Watford come into this game on the back of a four-game unbeaten run that featured draws as home to Middlesbrough (0-0) and away to AFC Bournemouth (2-2), and wins away to Arsenal (1-2) and at home to Burnley (2-1).
As a result, Walter Mazzarri`s men have risen to 10th in the Premier League table, 10 points clear of the drop zone. However, their win against Arsenal was their first on the road since October.
Team news
The home side will have to make do without the injured James Wilson (ACL), while Wayne Rooney (illness) and Phil Jones (bruised foot) are both doubtful.
Meanwhile, Christian Kabasele (hamstring strain), Costel Pantilimon (ankle), Nordin Amrabat (ankle) and Roberto Pereyra (muscular) are all out of action for the visitors.

Betting odds and tips
Six of Manchester United`s 12 home games have been level at half time, and six of their last nine have ended in draws.
With Watford enjoying a good spell of form and United still scoring at a low rate, another half time stalemate could be on the cards.
