AFC Bournemouth vs Leicester City - Premier League Preview and Odds
September 15, 2018 15:00pm - Vitality Stadium
Premier League
AFC Bournemouth will look to build on their good start to the season when they host Leicester City at the Vitality Stadium on Saturday afternoon. A third win of the season for the visitors would lift them above their opponents.
Eddie Howe`s suffered their first defeat of the campaign last weekend, falling 2-0 away to in-form Chelsea. However, a tally of seven points from their opening three games ensured they remained in sixth place in the table.
They beat Cardiff at home on the opening day but were held 2-2 by Everton in their only other match at the Vitality Stadium. They will hope to maintain that unbeaten home record this weekend.
They have scored at least two goals in nine of their last 12 home games and only failed to score in one, so expect them to get on the score sheet here. On the flip side, they have conceded in 13 of their last 15 home games, their only clean sheets coming against Welsh clubs Cardiff City and Swansea City.
Leicester City won two and lost two of their opening games. However, those defeats came against title contenders Manchester United and Liverpool and they were in contention in both. A pair of wins, at home to Wolverhampton Wanderers and away to Southampton, kept them in the top half of the table heading into this game. Claude Puel will have his eye on a European place this term and winning games like this will hel their cause.
The win at St. Mary`s was their first away from home in five matches. Prior to that, they had lost four in a row, a run that stretched back to March. However, they have scored in 15 of their last 17 away matches in the Premier League, so they will be confident of finding the net here.

Betting odds and tips
Bournemouth have a good strike rate at home and Leicester tend to score on the road, even when they lose. As a result, the Both Teams to Score bet looks a good pick here.
You can back the Draw at 4/6.
