Premier League preview and odds: Arsenal vs Crystal Palace
April 17 , 2016 16:00pm - Emirates Stadium
Premier League
Arsenal can take a step closer to booking their place in next season`s Champions League with a win over Premier League strugglers Crystal Palace on Sunday.
Gunners title hopes all but gone
Arsenal still have a mathematical chance of winning the Premier League title but more realistically, there is still a chance that they could miss out on Champions League football. The Gunners are 13 points behind league leaders Leicester City but just six points ahead of fifth-ranked Manchester United. Anything other than a top-four finish would now be seen as a failure for Arsene Wenger`s men.
The North London side come into this games on the back of 3-3 draw away to West Ham united in the league. Prior to that, they comfortably beat Watford 4-0 on home soil.
Palace boosted by first league win of 2016
Crystal Palace`s 14-game winless run finally came to an end last weekend when they edged to a 1-0 home victory over Norwich on home soil. That was their first league win since the middle of December last year when they beat Stoke City 2-1 on the road to go fifth in the table.
The Eagles have scored two goals in each of their last three away games but failed to win any of them. A 3-2 defeat at West Bromwich Albion was followed by back-to-back 2-2 draws at Sunderland and West Ham.
Team news
The home side will be without the injured pair of Santi Cazorla and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain. Meanwhile, the visitors will have to make do without the services of Brede Hangeland, Marouane Chamakh, James McArthur and Kwesi Appiah, while Emmanuel Adebayor is unlikely to be involved.

Betting odds and tips
Despite Arsenal`s inconsistency, they are still third in the league and could have perhaps achieved more this season if key players had not been injured. They should have enough to overcome the one of the leagues worst form teams.
