Premier League preview and odds: AFC Bournemouth vs Norwich City
January 16, 2016 15:00pm - Vitality Stadium
Premier League
Relegation candidates Bournemouth and Norwich will both be looking to take a step closer towards Premier League survival when they meet at the Vitality Stadium on Saturday afternoon.
Bournemouth winless in four
Since going on a run of three straight wins - that lifted the club to a relatively safe position in the league table back in December - Bournemouth have faltered slightly and have now gone four games without a victory. As a result, they remain in 16th place, just three points clear of the drop zone. In their last game, they were well beaten 1-3 at home by West Ham United and prior to that, they earned a point at Leicester after playing out a goalless draw.
The Cherries have won just two games at home this season - a 2-1 win over Manchester United and a 2-0 win over Sunderland. A win on Saturday would see them leapfrog their opponents from Norfolk.
Norwich revival halted at Soke
Like Bournemouth, Norwich recently hauled themselves clear of the relegation zone with a solid run of form. Prior the last weekends defeat to Stoke City, they had won three out of their four previous games and had risen to 15th in the table. However, the Canaries have now lost six of their last seven games on the road - the only exception being their 2-1 upset at Old Trafford.
Team news
Eddie Howe is still without Tukelo Rantije, Josh King, Tommy Elphick, Max Gradel, Callum Wilson and Tyrone Mings.
Meanwhile, Norwich are in the fortunate position of having a full squad to choose from.

Betting odds and tips
Both sides are fighting to keep their heads above water heading into the final months of the season. Overall, Norwich have enjoyed the best form over the last five games having picked up nine points from a possible 15, compared the five points amassed by their opponents. However, Alex Neill`s men have not travelled too well, while the home side have been beaten just once in their last four games at the Vitality Stadium.
As a result, the draw looks like the best bet for this game and can be backed at 5/2 with Bet365.
