Neptune Novices Hurdle Preview
March 16, 2016 13:30pm - Cheltenham
Cheltenham Festival
Another horse that wears the label of banker well is Alan King`s Yanworth. He has shown his class over the hurdles on a consistent basis since finishing fourth to Moon Racer in the Champion Bumper last season.
Of the other contenders, the Willie Mullins-trained Yorkhill looks like the most dangerous threat. The six-year-old has developed a winning habit, having been first past the post in all four of his national hunt races so far, and is certainly an exciting prospect. However, he does not have the Cheltenham form and Class 1 race experience of the favourite.
For an outside bet or an Each-Way punt, you could do a lot worse that put some faith in 0 0 Seven. The gelding has developed nicely since last year`s festival run out, and was second only to Yorkhill at Sandown Park back in January.
Betting odds and tips
Yanworth for the win but don`t expect much better than the 5/4 on offer from Bet365.
In the Each-Way market, 0 0 Seven looks like a decent shout at a price of 25/1.
Remember, Bet365 are offering guaranteed best odds on all Cheltenham races and a 100% deposit bonus up to £200 for new accounts.
