Watford vs Swansea City - Premier League preview and odds
April 15, 2017 15:00pm - Vicarage Road Stadium
Premier League
Watford will bid to retain their place in the Premier League`s top 10 when they welcome relegation candidates Swansea City to Vicarage Road on Saturday.
The Hornets are currently sat in 10th place with a total of 37 points, just eight short of last year`s tally. They come into this game on the back of a 4-0 defeat away to in-form Tottenham Hotspur but prior to that, they won back-to-back home games against Sunderland and West Bromwich Albion.
Meanwhile, Swansea City will look to get their revival back on track after a five-game winless run sank them back into the bottom three. The Welsh side are just two points behind 17th-ranked Hull City but the Yorkshire side are enjoying a much better run of form.
Away from home, Paul Clement`s men have lost five in a row, their last win coming at Anfield back in January (2-3). Last time out, they were beaten by a single goal away to West Ham United.
Team news
Miguel Britos (suspended), Younes Kaboul (thigh), Mauro Zarate and Roberto Pereyra (muscular) are all out of action for the home side, while Sebastian Prodl (rib) and Valon Behrami (hamstring strain) and
Ben Watson (groin strain) will all face late fitness tests. Meanwhile, the visitors will have to cope without Jack Cork (ankle), Leon Britton (hamstring strain), Angel Rangel (Metatarsal fracture) and Nathan Dyer (Achilles).
