Burnley will look to carry forward some momentum from their opening day win at Chelsea when they welcome West Bromwich Albion to Turf Moor this weekend. The visitors themselves will also be hoping to maintain their 100% record this term after defeating AFC Bournemouth last week.
Few people predicted that Burnley would come away from Stamford Bridge with all three points last weekend but even when taking Chelsea`s red card into account, the visitors thoroughly deserved their win.
The Clarets were notoriously bad away from home last term, leaving it until April before bagging their first win on the road, making the result in London look even more impressive.
However, Burnley excelled at home last season until the last half dozen games when they seemed to run out of pace, winning just one of their final six matches at Turf Moor having won seven of their previous eight. At home to teams outside of the top six, they won nine, drew two and lost just twice. However, they rarely dominated teams, winning by just a single goal on nine occasions.
Meanwhile, West Bromwich Albion will have their eye on at least a point here. Tony Pulis` men have yet to win a Premier League away game in 2017 and have only won three of their last 25 on the road in total. During that spell, they drew 11 and lost 11, so the Draw looks like a decent option here.
