Swansea City vs Manchester United - Premier League Preview and Odds
August 19, 2017 12:30pm - Liberty Stadium
Premier League
In Saturday`s early kick-off, Swansea City will look to build on the point earned at Southampton last week by toppling big-spending Manchester United at the Liberty stadium. Meanwhile, the visitors will look to make it six points from six after crushing West Ham United 4-0 last weekend.
Swansea City fans will probably acknowledge that they were lucky to come away with a point from their opening fixture in which hosts Southampton failed to convert countless chances. However, they weathered the storm and their hard work was rewarded with a point.
They will be hoping for a better performance in their opening home game this weekend against one of this seasons title contenders. The Swans have lost just one of their last 12 matches in all competitions and have won their last four in a row on home soil including three Premier League fixtures.
Manchester United cruised to a 4-0 win against a poor West Ham United side on the opening day and will be expecting a tougher challenge here. The Red Devils failed to win any of their last four away games last season although they did prevail 3-1 in the equivalent fixture last term. Since then they have added another £140m of talent to their squad and will be clear favourites to win here.

Betting odds and tips
The visitors lost just one of 10 away games against teams outside the top eight last term, winning eight and drawing the other. Six of those victories were to nil and with Swansea now lacking Sigurdsson (sold to Everton) and Llorente (injured) that result looks likely again here.
After his brace last weekend, newly-recruited United striker Romelu Lukaku looks good value to score anytime.
You can back Manchester United to win to nil at Evens and Romelu Lukaku to score anytime at 10/11 - both with Bet365.
