Premier League preview and odds: Crystal Palace vs Manchester City
November 19, 2016 15:00pm - Selhurst Park
Premier League
Crystal Palace will look to end their five-game winless streak when they welcome Premier League big shots Manchester City to Selhurst Park on Saturday afternoon.
Poor run has left Palace just a point clear of the danger zone
Crystal Palace have lost their last four Premier League matches in a row and are now winless in five. As a result, the Londoners have slumped to 16th in the table just a point clear of the first relegation position. The Eagles now face the difficult task of hosting the pre-season title favourites in London on Saturday.
Alan Pardew`s men have won just one of their last five home games and were beaten in their last two. They come into this match on the back of a 3-2 defeat away to Burnley in which they fought back from 2-0 down to level the score, only to concede again deep into injury time.
Meanwhile, opponents Manchester City will look to return to winning ways after being held 1-1 at home by Middlesbrough last time out. The Citizens have won just one of their last five Premier League matches, having drawn three and lost the other one.
Away from home, Pep Guardiola`s men have won four out of five games this term, with their only defeat coming away to title rivals Tottenham Hotspur.
City`s injury woes seem to be subsiding and they could have a close to full strength side to choose from this weekend with only Fabian Delph likely to miss out.
Team news
The home side still have some injury concerns with Steve Mandanda (knee), Jonathan Benteke (knee), Pape Soare (leg) and Loic Remy (thigh) all out of action, while Lee Chung-Yong (knock) and Joe Ledley (knock) both face late fitness tests.
Meanwhile, the visitors could welcome back Vincent Kompany, Fernando and Bacary Sagna from their various ailments but will have to make do without Fabian Delph who is still suffering from a groin problem.

Betting odds and tips
Crystal Palace lost their last four matches in a row and have conceded at least one goal in each of their last 11 matches. Their home record has also been poor with just one win in their last five games.
Manchester City have won four of their five away matches and 80% of their away games have produced over 2.5 goals.
City`s strong away record should ensure that they come through this game with all three points. However, they have kept just one clean sheet on the road this term so both teams can be expected to get on the score sheet.
