Euro 2016 preview and odds: Switzerland vs France
Stade Pierre Mauroy, Lille Métropole
Group stage - Group A
France will face Switzerland having already qualified for the knockout stages and just needing a single point to claim top spot in Group A.
France and Switzerland battle it out for group supremacy
France may have already made it to the last 16 but Coach Didier Deschamps will want to maintain their momentum by securing first place in Group A with a win over rivals Switzerland. The Swiss can also top the group with victory in Lille on Sunday night but still need a point to guarantee progression to the next phase.
Switzerland have yet to win a competitive game against France having drawn three and lost two of their previous meetings including a 5-2 defeat at the 2014 World Cup and a 3-1 reverse at Euro 2004.
Changes can be expected for France as Didier Deschamps looks to make full use of the depth in his squad with André-Pierre Gignac expected to start along with Paul Pogba and Antoine Griezmann. However, he will not want to make so many changes as to disrupt the overall mind-set of the team.
With both sides preferring to play an attacking possession-based style of football, an open game can be expected. France have improved at the back and always look a threat going forward. Even with some rotation, they should still have enough quality to edge past their opponents.

Betting predictions
With home advantage and plenty of strength in depth, France can be expected to finish their group stage campaign in style. France have scored twice in both of their previous games and will enjoy playing a more open game against a team that has also scored in both of their matches.
