Premier League preview and odds: Leicester City vs Swansea City
April 24 , 2016 16:15pm - King Power Stadium
Premier League
Leicester City will be feeling the pressure as they head into the last four games of the season with a five-point lead over title-rivals Tottenham Hotspur. Next up for the league leaders is a home match aginst 15th-ranked Swansea City.
Foxes facing final challenge
Leicester City`s resolve will be challenged to the full in the next few weeks as they aim to wrap up what their first ever top-flight title. Their task will be made even tougher thanks to the impending absence of top-scorer Jamie Vardy who will be banned for at least one game after being sent off in the 2-2 draw against West Ham United.
Despite that setback, Claudio Ranieri`s men still hold a five-point lead over second-ranked Tottenham Hotspur. The Foxes have only lost one game on home soil this season and have kept clean sheets in seven of their last nine home games.
Swans can confirm safety on Sunday
Swansea City will almost certainly be taking part in next year`s Premier League campaign but their fate has yet to be officially confirmed. Whatever the result this weekend, their safety could be secured depending on other results.
The Welsh side were in danger themselves until new boss Francisco Guidolin arrived and helped to guide the club away from the bottom three. They come into this game on the back of a disappointing 3-0 defeat away to Newcastle United. They have won just one of their last six games on the road.
Team news
Jamie Vardy is suspended for the home side who otherwise have a full-strength team to choose from.
