Euro 2016 preview and odds: Czech Republic vs Turkey
Stade Bollaert-Delelis - Lens Agglo
Group stage - Group D
Group D will draw to a conclusion tonight with Turkey needing a win to stand any chance of remaining in the competition, while Czech Republic could progress with a draw.
Qualifying rivals meet again
When Turkey and Czech Republic met in the qualifying rounds of this tournament, there was little to separate them with both claiming victory away from home. Those with a good memory will also remember their epic clash at Euro 2008 when Turkey came from behind to win 3-2.
Only a win will guarantee progression for either side, although a point might be enough to see the Czech Republic through if other results go their way. Captain Tomá Rosický has been ruled out for the Czech side and will not take any further part in the tournament.
With both teams likely to need a win to progress a tense game can be expected - however, Turkish fans will be concerned that their team have yet to find the net in this tournament. Their dip in form has come as a bit of a shock to coach Faith Terim who is expecting a response to their crisis situation on Tuesday.
While neither side have been particularly impressive, the Czechs at least showed some resolve to come from two goals down in the game against Croatia - a comeback that kept their campaign alive.
Form (all competitions):
Czech Republic: DLLWWDLLWW
Turkey: LLWWLWWDWW
Betting predictions
With both teams needing a victory, much could depend on who takes the initiative in this match. But with all things considered, it was the Czechs who showed the most resilience in the first two games.
