Stoke City vs Chelsea - Premier League Preview and Odds
September 23, 2017 15:00pm - Bet365 Stadium
Premier League
Stoke City will look to take points off a top six club for the third time this season when they welcome reigning Premier League champions Chelsea to the Bet365 Stadium on Saturday afternoon.
The Potters grabbed three points from Arsenal and one from Manchester United in their previous two home matches, their only other point coming away from home against West Bromwich Albion. As a result, they currently sit in 13th place in the table with a total of five points.
Mark Hughes` men have lost just three of their last 15 home games in the league and those defeats came against Arsenal, Chelsea and Liverpool last term. Having already reversed the Arsenal defeat, they will be looking to do the same when Antonio Conte`s men pay a visit to Staffordshire this weekend.
Stoke have scored in all but two of their last 15 home games, their only blanks coming in 0-0 draws against West Ham United and Southampton.
Meanwhile, Chelsea seem to have recovered from their shock opening day defeat at home to Burnley and are now unbeaten in their last four, having won three and drawn one. That stalemate came at home to top four hopefuls Arsenal last weekend. The Blues are just three point behind leaders Manchester City who they face next weekend.

Betting odds and tips
The visitors have just only kept two clean sheets in their last 10 Premier League away matches and will be without the suspended David Luiz for this clash.
Meanwhile, Stoke City have scored in all but one of their last 13 home matches. As a result, both teams can be expected to find the net in the match.
