Arsenal v Manchester United - FA Cup Fourth Round preview and odds
January 25, 2019 19:55pm - Emirates Stadium
Scottish FA Cup Final
Fresh from a 2-0 win over Chelsea that moved them to within striking distance of the top four, Arsenal will turn their attention to the FA Cup, a trophy they have won a record 13 times. They face a Manchester United side who have won eight games in a row under new boss Ole Gunnar Solksjaer.
The Gunners` love affair with the FA Cup is well known. No club has won the trophy more times with seven of their 13 wins coming under former boss Arsene Wenger. Their last triumph was a 2-1 win over Chelsea in 2016/17.
Their last FA Cup meeting against United came in March 2015 and yielded a 2-1 win. They went on the win the trophy that year beating Aston villa 4-0 at Wembley.
Unai Emery has had a mixed start to his tenure in North London. But landing a 14th FA Cup would certainly help to keep the fans on side. However, Champions League qualification still remains the priority. They kicked off their campaign with a 3-1 win at Blackpool.
Remarkably, Manchester United have forced themselves into contention for a top-four finish winning six league game in a row under Ole Gunnar Solksjaer. The Red Devils are level on points with Arsenal and just three points off fourth place. They began their FA Cup journey with a 2-0 win at home to Championship side Reading.

Betting odds and tips
Arsenal have won just three of their last 16 meetings against Manchester United in all competitions. This may be their favourite competition, but morale has not been high in recent weeks and all the momentum is with the visitors.
The Emirates has been a happy hunting ground for United and they should be backed to come out on top again, albeit by a narrow margin.
You can back United to win 1-2 at 9/1 or with a winning margin of one goal at 7/2.
