Premier League preview and odds: Hull City vs Burnley
February 25, 2017 15:00pm - KCOM Stadium
Premier League
In-form Hull City will look to climb out of the Premier League`s bottom three when they face 12th-ranked Burnley at the KCOM Stadium on Saturday. The visitors themselves will be looking to break a seven-game losing streak on the road.
Four straight home wins in all competitions for Hull City
Hull City can extend their unbeaten home record to six games with a win against Burnley on Saturday afternoon. The Yorkshire club have won four and drawn one of their last five in all competitions at the KCOM Stadium, and have lost just one of their last seven at home in the Premier League.
With Leicester City not playing until Monday, Marco Silva`s men could rise out of the bottom three (temporarily at least) with a win. Last time out, they put in a solid display, despite losing 2-0 at Arsenal, and were perhaps unlucky to have gone a goal down when Alexis Sanchez scored with his arm. Prior to that game, they cruised to a 2-0 win at home to Liverpool.
Meanwhile, Burnley will be looking for their first away win in 11 matches when they make the journey east on Saturday. The Clarets have picked up just a single point on their travels this term but they have managed to find the net in their last four away games and in their last nine matches overall.
However, they have conceded at least one goal on all but one of their road trips but have only managed to score five themselves. In their last match, they held league leaders Chelsea to a 1-1 draw at Turf Moor but their last away game ended in defeat (2-1) at Watford.
Team news
Samuel Clucas was sent off against Arsenal and will be suspended for the home side. Other absentees include Abel Hernandez (thigh), Michael Dawson (calf strain), Curtis Davies (hamstring strain), Ryan Mason (fractured skull), Markus Henriksen (dislocated shoulder), Will Keane (knee), Greg Luer (cartilage), Brian Lenihan (knee) and Moses Odubbajo (MPFL).
Meanwhile, the visitors will have to make do without Jeff Hendrick (suspended), Johann Gudmundsson (knock), Dean Marney (ACL) and Kevin Long (knee), while Steven Defour (groin strain) is a doubt.

Betting odds and tips
Hull City have some serious injury issues but they will still fancy their chances against the league`s worst travellers. Only Pep Guardiola`s Manchester City have taken all three points from the KCOM Stadium since October.
Burnley have been beaten 2-1 in their last four away games and at 9/1 that result looks worth backing again.
