Arsenal will look to continue their upward trajectory in form when they welcome a West Bromwich side without a win in three to the Emirates on Monday night.

It has certainly been a rollercoaster start the season for Arsenal with plenty of drama on and off the pitch to keep neutrals amused and fans bemused. But the last couple of weeks has seen them regain a sense of stability with a run of three wins and a draw in all competitions.

In the Premier League, they bounced back from consecutive defeats to Stoke City and Liverpool by thumping AFC Bournemouth 3-0 at home before holding reigning champions Chelsea to a 0-0 at Stamford Bridge last weekend. They come here on the back of a 1-0 midweek League Cup win over Doncaster Rovers in which they fielded a much-changed side.

Each game that passes by is helping to erase the nightmare memory of the 4-0 defeat to Liverpool at Anfield that prompted many fans to revive their calls for Arsene Wenger`s dismissal.

Meanwhile, the visitors have been on a downward slope since they opnened the season with two straight 1-0 wins at home to Bournemouth and away to Burnley. However, it has not been all bad news as they have drawn two of their three matches since then, their only defeat coming away to newcomers Brighton and Hove Albion (3-1).

The Baggies have won just one of their last 11 matches away from home in the league so the odds are against them here although they have managed to score at least once on their last five road trips.
