Premier League preview and odds: Liverpool vs Sunderland

Referee: A. Taylor
Premier League
Liverpool will look to extend their unbeaten Premier League home record to 13 matches when they welcome relegation candidates Sunderland to Anfield on Saturday afternoon.
Anfield becoming a fortress again
Liverpool have yet to lose a game in front of their redeveloped main stand and have only dropped points at home on one occasion this term (the 0-0 draw against Manchester United). In addition, they have already scored 17 goals in the five games that they have played on home soil - a record only bettered by Chelsea who have played one game more.
Jurgen Klopp`s men briefly sat on top of the Premier League until they were held 0-0 by Southampton last time out. That result allowed Chelsea to take the initiative in the title race. But with just a point separating the top three teams, the Reds will be keen to maintain the pressure on their rivals.
The Merseyside club are unbeaten in 14 games in all competitions and have not been beaten at home since January when Manchester United prevailed by a single goal.
Meanwhile, lowly Sunderland are still stuck in the bottom three but they have shown significant signs of improvement in recent weeks. After failing to win any of their opening 10 Premier League matches, MoyesÂ’ men now come into this game on the back of consecutive wins away to AFC Bournemouth and at home to Hull City.
Team news
Liverpool will continue without the services of key man Adam Lallana (groin) who will join Adam Bogdan (ACL), Danny Ings (knee) and Sheyi Ojo (back) in the treatment room.
Meanwhile, the visitors will have to make do without Paddy McNair (ACL), Lee Cattermole (hip), Jack Rodwell (hamstring) and Fabio Borini (groin).
Recent form (League):
Liverpool: DWWWD
Sunderland: WWLLL

Liverpool are undefeated in their last 10 matches and have not been beaten at home since January. However, they have only kept one clean sheet at Anfield this term.
Meanwhile, Sunderland have conceded at least one goal in all of their away matches and failed to score in half of them.
