Two teams who have struggled in the Premier League in 2016 will go head-to-head on Saturday evening as West Bromwich Albion take on league table neighbours Crystal Palace at the Hawthorns.

First win in five last time out for Baggies

West Brom broke a five-game winless streak in the last round of matches when they nicked a 1-0 win away to Everton. It was a timely win for the Midland team who had been slipping ever closer towards the danger zone. Another win this weekend could put an end to their relegation fears.

The Baggies have drawn their last four home matches in all competitions, and are unbeaten in their last four at home in the Premier League, having won two and drawn two.

Palace winless in nine

Crystal Palace have the worst form of any team in the league over the last 10 matches. During that spell, the Eagles have picked up just six points and plummeted from the top five down to 13th in the table.

In their last game, Alan Pardew`s men suffered their sixth defeat in seven games when they were beaten 2-1 at home by Watford. So far in 2016, they have only managed to add one point to their overall total.

Team news

The home side will be without Jonny Evans, Craig Dawson, Gareth McAuley, Callum McManaman and James Morrison.

Meanwhile, Papa Souare is suspended for the visitors, who will also be without Jason Puncheon, Kwesi Appiah and James McArthur.
