Arsenal vs Chelsea - FA Cup Final preview and odds
May 27, 2016 17:30pm - Wembley Stadium
FA Cup Final
In this year`s FA Cup Final, Chelsea will look to complete the double when they take on an Arsenal side looking to lift the gloom following their failure to make the top four. The action takes place at Wembley Stadium at 17.30pm on Saturday 27 May.
Both sides arrive in good form
Despite a run of five straight wins at the end of the Premier League campaign, Arsenal left it too late to break back into the top four, missing out to rivals Liverpool by just a single point.
As a result, the Gunners will have to make do with a place in the next year`s edition of the Europa League but can give themselves a boost by bagging some domestic silverware this weekend.
Like Chelsea before them, Arsene Wenger`s men saw improvement following a switch to a back three. Using that system, the Londoners won eight of their last nine including a win over Manchester City in the semi-final of this competition.
Meanwhile, Chelsea will arrive here on a high having lifted their fifth Premier League title, this time under the guidance of new manager Antonio Conte. And while the Blues may have enjoyed some brief celebrations, there is no doubt that the Italian boss will have them in good shape for this clash.
Despite wrapping up the league title with two games to spare, the Blues have not let up, winning their last two matches in a row, scoring nine goals in the process. Overall, they have won their last seven in a row.
