Surprise Group F winners Hungary have saw off old rivals Austria and held Iceland and Portugal to draws on route to this quarter-final meeting against a well-fancied Belgium side.

Hungary looking like genuine contenders

Before Euro 2016 kicked off, few people predicted that Hungary would win Group F and ease their way into the last 16 - but thats exactly what they did. Whatsmore, they will now line up against a star-studded Belgium side with a new bunch of admirers in tow.

The Hungarians have taken a positive approach in all their games so far and are unlikely to change that attitude on Sunday night. As a result, we could be in for one of the most entertaining games of the round of 16.

Belgium were many people`s pre-tournament pick but they have so far failed to live up to their hype. Yet as we have seen in previous tournaments, the eventual winner is not always the team that starts off the brightest.

Belgium have won eight of the 12 previous meetings between the two sides, while Hungary have won just two. One of their two draws came in their last competitive meeting at the 1982 World Cup held in Spain,

Both teams enjoy passing the ball and proficiency in the last third will be key. Hungary have excelled in this area so far and will be looking to continue that trend on Sunday. However, they have also looked vulnerable at the back.
