Swansea City will attempt to halt their two-game losing streak when they welcome European qualification hopefuls Liverpool to the Liberty Stadium for Sundays early kick-off game.

Swansea out to extend unbeaten home run

Despite losing their last two Premier League fixtures, Swansea are still unbeaten in their last three on home soil with all three of those victories finishing with 1-0 score-lines.

Having confirmed their Premier League status for another season, the Swans can now concentrate on finishing as high up the league table as possible, with 11th place a realistic target. Six of their last eight home games have been resolved by a single goal.

Reds still hedging Euro bets

Liverpool can still book a place in the Champions League next season by winning the Europa League. However, they will still be keen to grab a top-five finish to guarantee European football next season whatever the outcome of their current Euro campaign.

Klopp`s men threw away a two-goal lead at home to Newcastle last weekend, and will be looking to make amends by bagging their ninth away win of the season. The Reds have scored at least two goal or more in five of their last six away matches.

Mamadou Sakho is unavailable for the visitors pending the result of a UEFA doping investigation, while Divock Origi, Emre Can, Jordan Henderson, Jordan Rossiter, Danny Ings and Joe Gomez are all injured.
