Stoke City will look to extend their unbeaten run in the Premier League to five games when struggling Swansea City pay a visit to the Bet365 Stadium on Monday night.

Stoke City on the rise after finding some form

It took Stoke City eight games to secure their first Premier League victory but they followed it up with another a week later and will now try to make it three in a row against the league`s 19th-ranked team.

Mark Hughes` men earned just one point from their first five Premier League matches but added eight more to their tally in the next four games. This turnaround in fortune has seen the Potters rise up to 16th place in the table, two points clear of the drop zone.

In their last home game, Stoke also kept their first clean sheet of the campaign and followed it up with another a week later. Perhaps the only negative aspect of their recent revival is the fact that both wins came against teams in the bottom three. However, that could also bode well for this clash against the league`s second-from-bottom side.

Opponents Swansea City have not won a game since the opening day when they triumphed away from home at Burnley. Since then, they have added just two points, the second of which came last week against Watford.

New boss Bob Bradley is working hard to make his mark on the team and there have been signs of improvement in the two games that he has directed. His team fought hard and almost pulled off a comeback against Arsenal before showing some resilience to hold Watford to a 0-0 draw last week.

Team news

Geoff Cameron is still a doubt for the home side, while Glen Johnson (thigh), Jack Butland (ankle), Steven Ireland (leg) and Ibrahim Affelay (ACL) are all still out.

Meanwhile, the visitors will continue without Nathan Dyer (ankle), while Jefferson Montero (ankle) faces a late fitness.
