La Liga preview and odds: Sevilla vs Real Sociedad
April 03, 2016 20:30pm - Estadio Ramon Sanchez Pizjuan
La Liga
Sevilla will continue their push for European qualification on Sunday night against a Real Sociedad side who have slipped back down the table in recent weeks.
Sevilla dominant at home
With a run of 13 straight hone wins, it appears that Sevilla have turned Estadio Ramon Sanchez Pizjuan in to a fortress once again. During that run, the Andalucians have conceded just nine goals and kept clean sheets. At the other end of the pitch, they have scored 32 goals, and have only failed to find the net once at home this season.
It has been completely different story away from home where Unai Emery`s men have yet to win a single league game. In their last match, they were well beaten 4-0 at Real Madrid.
La Real winless in five
Real Sociedad have not won any of their last five league matches and, as a result, have slipped back into the bottom half of the league table. The Basque Country side currently sit in 12th place with a total of 35 points, just seven points clear of the drop zone.
In their last league fixture, they were beaten 1-0 at home to Las Palmas. Away from home, they lost their last two games - against Atletico Madrid and Celta de Vigo - without scoring a goal.
Team news
The home side will have to cope without the services of Yevhen Konoplyanka, Steven N`Zonzi, Vitolo and Marco Andreolli, who are all injured.
Meanwhile, the visitors also have injury issues of their own, with Joseba Zaldua, Bruma, De La Bella, Eneko Capilla, Agirretxe, Sergio Canales and Raul Navas all on the side-lines.

Sevillas home record speaks for itself and they should have no problem overcoming a Real Sociedad side that has been hampered by injuries.
