Euro 2016 preview and odds: Wales vs Belgium
Stade Pierre Mauroy, Lille Métropole - 20:00pm 01 July 2016
Quarter-finals
After beating Belgium in their Euro 2016 qualifying campaign, Wales will be looking for a repeat performance as they look to reach the semi-final stage of the tournament at the first attempt.
Germany face bogey team
Wales have already made history by reaching the European Championship quarter-finals at their very first attempt. They will now be looking to go one better by beating Belgium and booking their place in the last four. Their previous best performance at a major finals event came back in 1958 when they reached the last eight at the World Cup before falling to eventual winners Brazil.
Belgium have the slight edge in head-to-head meetings with five wins to Wales` four. When the teams met in their qualifying group for this event, Wales won the home tie in Cardiff by a single goal from Gareth Bale, while the game in Belgium was drawn (0-0). Belgium eventually won Group B with a total of 23 points ahead of Wales on 21.
While Wales are making their first appearance at the event, Belgium are making their fifth. Their best result came back in 1980 when they went all the way to the final before falling at the hands of West Germany.

Betting predictions
Gareth Bale is the most expensive footballer on the planet and the driving force behind Wales. The Real Madrid man will once again be the key player in the game. He was involved in over 80% of Wales` goal during qualifying and has scored three time already in the finals.
You can back Bale to score anytime at 21/10 with Bet365.
