Premier League preview and odds: Hull City vs West Ham United
April 01, 2017 15:00pm - KCOM Stadium
Premier League
Hull City will look to extend their unbeaten home record to six games this weekend when they face a West Ham at the KCOM Stadium. The visitors themselves will be seeking to halt a three-game losing streak.
Hull City banking on strong home form
A run of three wins and two draws in their last five home games has given Hull City a realistic chance of surviving the drop in their first years back in the top flight. The upturn in their home form coincided with the arrival of new boss Marco Silva. Unfortunately, they have failed to improve on the road, losing 12 of their last 13 games away from home.
The Tigers have beaten Liverpool, Swansea City and AFC Bournemouth since their Portuguese boss took over, so a win against an out-of-form West Ham side is not out of the question. However, a 4-0 loss at Everton last time out may have rocked their confidence.
Meanwhile, speculation continues to surround the future of West Ham Unite boss Slaven Bilic after another poor run of form that has seen his side fail to win any of their last five Premier League matches. What`s more, they come into this game on the back of three straight defeats.
The Hammers are still nine points clear of the drop zone in 12th place with a total of 33 points. But that represents a significant drop off in form when compared with their performance last year when they finished in seventh place with a 62-point haul.
Their best form in recent weeks has actually come on the road. In fact, the Londoners have lost just one of their last four on the road but did fall 3-2 at Bournemouth last time out.
Team news
Tom Huddlestone is suspended for the home side, while Dieumerci Mbokani Bezua (hamstring strain), Evandro (calf strain), Michael Dawson (calf strain), Ryan Mason (fractured skull), Will Keane (knee), Greg Luer (cartilage), Brian Lenihan (knee) and Moses Odubajo (MPFL) are all out injured. Markus Henriksen is lacking match fitness and will also miss out.
Meanwhile, the visitors will operate without Winston Reid (groin), Pedro Obiang (ankle), Michail Antonio (thigh), Mark Noble (dead leg), Angelo Ogbonna (knee surgery), Diafra Sakho (hamstring strain) and Gokhan Tore (quadriceps strain).

Betting odds and tips
Hull City have conceded at least one goal in all but one of their home matches.
West Ham have conceded at least one goal in each of their last eight matches and in all but one of their away matches including their last 10 in a row.
As a result, the Both Teams to Score wager certainly looks good for this game.
